My worst diet saboteur is me. When I am hungry I fall prey to the easy to prepare. I want food instantly and I don't want to cook it. I don't really even care if it tastes good, it would be nice, but it isn't necessary.
That sounds awful. I can see the solution. I need to pre-make my lunches so that they are as easy as the not-so-good for me foods. Sigh. That still means spending time cooking and preparing food. Not so fun at all.
I will have to work on a plan for his one...
