My expectations for this round of the BLC are:
1. Track every day on the Nutrition & Fitness Tracker
2. To potentially lose up to 5 lbs.
3. To train for a half marathon.
My expectations for my teammates is that we will encourage and support each other in this journey. Admit failure, pull ourselves up, and move forward. That each teammate will do their best to complete each challenge with NO excuses!
