so, some of you may know that i have went from 206 lbs to 178. im a good size 14. the only problem is that im so not consistent with eating good foods. there are days that i do not track my food (i use weight watchers) there are times that i eat everything that i think im ig and bad enough to eat and then get disappointed when i gain weight. (i gained 2 lbs on my last weigh in).
the sad thing is that im not gainingweight because i am misinformed. i am not gaining weight bc i have no means to exercise. i am gaining weight because i am not doing the things that i know to do:track my food,stay away from processed food, andmy excercise routine is shady.
so, we all need support. we all need a boost. i am going to challenge myself to loose 15 lbs in 30 days (my friends at the firm think its possible) about a month ago, i bought the firm express dvd collection and i have only used it 3 times!
now i know that sounds like a bit much, but i have to challenge myself and if i only loose 8 ls, 10 lbs, arent i still a winner? HECK YEAH!!!
so here is my plan:
it is a simple plan, im a simple person:
1)exercise monday through friday 40 min using the firm express dvds and or my elliptical.
2)track ALL food. eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies.drink at tleast 8 glasses of water pwer day.
3)no processed food.
4)go to ww meetings at least once aweek and post my weight.
5)blog and tell all who is interested of my progress.
im no supermodel, butmy body is SUPERandi want to treat it as such. this is importanttome because i now have 2 children, ason and a daughter. it is so important to lead our babies/children and not just tell them what is right.
