AT A LOSS...

So I have finally done it...... I have failed myself. I officially weigh 315 pounds.

I have looked back over my past blog's and they are all the same. I just do not understand why I can not get it together. I mean I can myself in my mind going hard in the gym but I never go. I know I can be smaller then what I am but I just cant stay motivated!!!!!

Why?????? I just want someone to give me the answer to why I can not do this. I need someone to emoticon tell me I am not alone??? emoticon

    No one can answer that question except you. For whatever reason, you have not been willing to make that commitment to do the unpleasant and hard things that are needed to lose the weight. It isn't fun but the reward is so much better than you can imagine.

    I have been there not so long ago. I just had to face the fact that I was way overweight and not happy about it. I had to face that this obesity was going to kill me if I didn't do something about it. That was 7 weeks ago. I have shed only a few pounds really considering my goal. I don't work out. Period. I have decided to be obsessed with the eating side. I saw a program called The Weight of the Nation on HBO (it's a mini-series) and that really motivated me to finally DO something. I saw on that program that working out does not have as much effect on weightloss as managing what goes in our mouths, so that's where I'm focused.

I wish you success in getting to the right mind set to finally make a weightloss program finally work for you. I think it can, but it's going to take some commitment and obsession.

    HEY!!! emoticon You have to tell yourself! Don't give in to the negativity. When I looked in the mirror and saw myself that was motivation enough. When my doctor told me that I was at a high risk of diabetes, because of my eating and family history, THAT WAS IT! no more excuse. I felt like I was I war with myself and I had to fight to say here for my family and for myself. Think about your health, start ready different healthy recipes. Its life changing your whole intake. When your nutrition is going good everything else falls into place. I even got my mom doing with my. You have a beautiful family, you should invite daughters out for a walk and the can be your motivation since they're young. It can be fun! Its not always hard. Instead of ice cream have sorbet, its a great substitution! emoticon emoticon emoticon
