It's been tough going since I started back to school, but I am trying to watch my portions and get in my water. I am up late at night studying, so I am a little stressed and sleep deprived. Next week, at work, we are starting walking teams for a community event, so I am on a team. Our steps will count overall toward winning as a group. I plan to walk about 10 minutes on 2 of my breaks. I also plan to walk every morning on my treadmill and do some strength training in the evenings before I hit the books.That should help my stess level, too.
