Today was my weigh in day. I had hoped to lose weight again. Last week was the first week in a long time that I had lost weight.
So I step on the scale and **BAM** an almost 2 pound weight gain. grrrrrr
It typically is very hard for me to lose weight. Always has been. I have to work VERY hard for every little ounce.
This past week I did miss a few days of exercising due to a hectic back to school and scouting week.
Once thing I have noticed is that when I don't exercise consistently my resolve for healthy eating is also weakened. But what is even worse is that when my stress is up, I run for the junk food. This week my stress was up and I consumed foods I would normally not touch with a 10 foot pole.
Oh well, back to the plan. I am not going to let this deter me. And I recognize it was my own doing due to my less than stellar food choices.
I have found that watching YouTube videos of my goals helps to keep me motivated.
I am determined that next year I will be participating in the 5K Foam Run, Down and Dirty mud run and the Tough and Dirty mud run.
