Craving carbs today. UGH! I thought yesterday was bad. I made myself some Top Ramen cup of noodles for breakfast. (380 cal) Just ate the noodles, not the broth.Drinking lots of water to flush out the sodium.
On my way now to the farm for the Apple Festival. Going to pick apples. Of course, hubby's going to make an apple pie.
