Craving carbs today. UGH! I thought yesterday was bad. I made myself some Top Ramen cup of noodles for breakfast. (380 cal) Just ate the noodles, not the broth.Drinking lots of water to flush out the sodium. emoticon

On my way now to the farm for the Apple Festival. Going to pick apples. Of course, hubby's going to make an apple pie.

    I"m hoping to get some apples before the season ends. I like the tart and crisp apples, like MacIntosh and Paula Red.

    Carbs are easy to crave and ok within reason. Get those fruits and veges prepared to grab when you're tempted to do a carb really helps when there prepared and ready to grab. Have fun at the apple festival! emoticon ...and don't let the carbs be in charge!
