11 Aug to today:

Bodyfat: 40.8% to 34.2%

Weight: 262 - 252.9

Blood Pressure: 3 points down

Resting Heart rate: 63bpm to 60bpm

Chest: 1” down

Thigh: 1.5” down

Hip: 1.5” down

Waist: 1.5” down

Really pleased with the bodyfat and waist measurements most of all over the month, they suggest it’s the right stuff that i’m dropping off, i.e. fat, rather than muscle. This last coupla days I’ve been taking it easy, so only a little down this week, but it’s good to keep the body guessing - last think I need is a metabolism shift downwards. Back on it as of RIGHT NOW - Yohimbine HCL, Creatine and BCAA’s ordered to help with fat loss and/or workouts done in a fasted state. Weight not far off my interim target of 251.5, which I got down to in Jan 2011….
