I read somewhere that it takes approximately 21 days to create a habit. So this is my 2nd set of goals I will work on for the next 21 days or so. I will track them and update my progress weekly. I will continue to work on my last goals because some of them were fun and easy for me to incorporate into my daily life. Others were not so easy so I will revisit those at another time but I will still try to do as much as possible without overwhelming myself. I am convinced these small steps will lead to my better healthy lifestyle.
Here are my goals for the next 21 days:
1. Walk 15 mins a day
2. Do a workout video 1 times a week
3. Read to Greyson nightly
4. Limit 1 Soda per week
5. Weigh in 1 time per week
6. Take vitamins daily
7. Wear sunscreen daily
8. Personal study 1 time per week
9. Pray nightly and before each meal
10. Eat 5 fruits and veggies daily
Well there they are. Wish me luck and I hope you all continue to reach your goals.
