September Goals: 5-8/30

Already wimped out on my "salad a day" goal. I'm 3/8 on that.
I am, however, not abandoning this goal and will do the best that I can.
I'm still eating fruits and veggies, but again not nearly enough.

Haven't had to toss anything gone bad yet this month, so that's a good thing.

No spectacular hike today: Just my 8-mile Saturday morning routine hike in the OC. It doesn't always have to be crazy.

Still recovering from a killer kickboxing class which I took on Wednesday. DOMS, oh DOMS, I'm still sore today. Needless to say, I'll be taking that class again next Wednesday and the Wednesday after that... This class kicks butt.

    After you mentioned your goal to eat more salad, it's been niggling in the back of my brain. So, I bought a bunch of lettuce and sunflower seeds and am eating one huge salad every day (on day three of that). Thanks for planting the seed!

I hope you enjoyed your kickboxing class again this week :)

    8 mile routine...omg i'm lagging so far behind. lol. Enjoy your kick boxing. If it is kicking butt so are you. have a great day. By the way...our bodies can only take so much salad...if you know what I mean.
