September Goals: 5-8/30

Already wimped out on my "salad a day" goal. I'm 3/8 on that.
I am, however, not abandoning this goal and will do the best that I can.
I'm still eating fruits and veggies, but again not nearly enough.
Haven't had to toss anything gone bad yet this month, so that's a good thing.
No spectacular hike today: Just my 8-mile Saturday morning routine hike in the OC. It doesn't always have to be crazy.
Still recovering from a killer kickboxing class which I took on Wednesday. DOMS, oh DOMS, I'm still sore today. Needless to say, I'll be taking that class again next Wednesday and the Wednesday after that... This class kicks butt.
