Got this in an email this week. It fits with how I have been doing SO WELL.

It has taken several years, but everything is FINALLY coming into focus for me.

Sensible eating,
almost always at least 9 waters
less diet cola
some exercise EVERY DAY even if only 10 minutes (usually walking)
I have incorporated RUNNING intervals !!
Now DON'T FAINT! It isn't long and only 2 or 3 times a week.
Today at the track/park:
5 min warm up walk
10 min walking
25 sec running
10 min walking
30 sec running
10 min walking
35 sec running
10 min walking
40 sec running
5 min cool down walk
5 min stretching

I could have done MORE, but it was getting late and I needed to get groceries & get home before dark

Sleeping better, thinking clearer, feeling happier, proud of my progress

Of course, a bad day soon is inevitable, but it will NOT defeat me.

    Way to go!! I am doing running intervals now too. I find it exhilarating! Like a little kid at play time-lol! You are doing fantastic!!
