The question that I have to answer is what are the 5 things that are holding me back from reaching my goal.
1. Allowing everything else to get in the way of dealing with me (passive/aggressive behavior)
2. Going on eating out binges because I just don't want to eat healthy
3. Lack of consistency in my program
4. Lack of commitment to myself
5. I think the 4 are sufficient!
What is the one thing that I want to work on during this challenge
Make a commitment to myself! If I do this wholeheartedly I think the rest will fall into place. Not saying that they will no longer be a problem but I have to remind myself that I made a commitment to get healthy and lose weight. SOOOOOO
For the next 10 weeks I commit to myself. Putting my need to have good health above my: stressful job, my desire to veg on the computer, prograstination and so forth.
