Fall Challenge Blog

The question that I have to answer is what are the 5 things that are holding me back from reaching my goal.

1. Allowing everything else to get in the way of dealing with me (passive/aggressive behavior)
2. Going on eating out binges because I just don't want to eat healthy
3. Lack of consistency in my program
4. Lack of commitment to myself
5. I think the 4 are sufficient!

What is the one thing that I want to work on during this challenge
Make a commitment to myself! If I do this wholeheartedly I think the rest will fall into place. Not saying that they will no longer be a problem but I have to remind myself that I made a commitment to get healthy and lose weight. SOOOOOO

For the next 10 weeks I commit to myself. Putting my need to have good health above my: stressful job, my desire to veg on the computer, prograstination and so forth.

    You ever notice that its always hard to do the right thing...and so EASY to continue on the wrong path...

I have some of your issues to ...but gotta keep reminding myself...I don't want to live this way for the rest of my life....

I know how hard it is to sometimes leave everything else and put ourselves first. But if we don't start doing that, than we will be not as healthy and productive.
I know you will do an amazing job at committing to putting yourself first for the next ten weeks. Then things will be in place and you will continue on your journey!
We are going to do great on this challenge!

    You are worth it! You are worth healthy food,good rest and fresh air and exercise. I'm sure you want those for your beautiful daughters? Well guess what YOU are as beautiful as them- treat yourself like you do your daughters and I know you will reach those goals and thrive....now you must be on the computer if you are reading this..so make sure you get up and get moving and don't stay here to long!
