1000 minutes, here I come!

Yes, I'm exhausted. I glisten more than an oiled bodybuilder. I walked over 4 miles AND did the Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk PLUS the SP 11 minute seated cardio video. My fitness minutes are more than 250 already this month. About half of that I earned today.

So, a few things I learned about me. I hate exercise. I keep hearing that I'll fall in love with it but I'm just not feeling it. Maybe after 3 months? 6 months? Even when I walked every day I didn't do it because I liked it. I did it because a friend wanted to go for a walk or I wanted to lose weight but never because I enjoyed it.

    I do hear you. I found that if you can find an exercise you like, it will be better. and this is a big....but.....sometimes you can't seem to do that. I wonder if you are doing too much and that is sort of giving you burn out. Have you looked through the exercises listed here for cardio or maybe playing the Wii or Kinect?
