When you have been over weight for years and not into exercise it can be startling to think of yourself as a runner. I ran/walked my first virtual 5K today. I completed my course in 37:00 minutes which I have no idea if is a slow time or not. The crazy thing as I was doing it I kept thinking who is this stranger, I am not a runner. But I was running so I am a runner. I am a runner, I am a runner. who would have ever thought that?
