I made it to 165.4. That was my short term goal. when I weighed in on Fri I was disappointed in the fact that I had only lost .2 lb. So I decided that even though I had complained about weighing in during the week that in the end it was helpful to help keep me on track.
Any way with that thought in mind, and a hope that I had lost more. I decided to weigh again this morning. I had lost a pound from yesterday to today. I am ecstatic.
I also downloaded a new app for my kindle. It is just a weight tracker, but I thought I would keep track of those more frequent weigh ins on there. Then I would continue to keep my weekly checks on here. Along with keeping my food tracker on here. I am thinking that weighing daily or close to daily, will just help keep me on track a little. I realize that I need to remember that some fluctuation is normal.
oh, and my new goal is 160lbs.
