My scale has decided to stop working, so I don't enough know if I've gained or lost weight. On one hand, my clothes all still fit, but on the other hand, I ate plenty of treats over the break. I don't know if it's a battery issue or what, but I really don't want to spend money on a new scale right now.
I'm going to try to just maintain healthy habits for the sake of (wow) being healthy. I get hung up on the numbers sometimes, and that's not even the point. I want to be healthy not just to look better, but because I feel much better, have more energy, and can think more clearly when I've been exercising. Also sometimes when I've lost weight I start thinking "oh ok now I can ease up and eat more" which isn't really true.
So we will see how that change in perspective goes! Happy weekend all!
