The Joe's underneath are waist 31/size 10. The Joe's on top are waist 28/size 6.

I NEVER thought I'd be able to buy 28s! The waist is already a little loose, bc I'm a pear-- so I'm wondering if that means one day I can rock some 27s or 26s. Excitement, Sparkies... EXCITEMENT!

    At first I thought honestly I am not reading that about how to buy jeans again then I said let me go back and see maybe I am missing something. The picture threw me.
