You can buy crab meat at the grocery store, it is a great source of protien and tasty snack!

  My biggest excuse for not exercising is just lack of motivation. I actually do pretty good at it, but every once in a while I slack off. I am going to try and push through those times. Sometimes in the morning I just want to go back to sleep, and sometimes in the evening if it gets too late I don't want to go.

  I actually found that I preferred a microwaved potatoe instead of french fries! I am doing better getting up in the mornings to excercise. I am consistantly drinking more water. I am slowly improving my endurance by excercising more.

    I love crab meat too! I also love shrimp. A great way to get in your fish for the week.
