Who in your life contributes to your active lifestyle?

Friday, September 07, 2012

Just got off of a Daniel's fast on Monday which was the Labor Day holiday. These two things could have contributed to my low attendance at the gym.

Also, my walking partner was out of town until today (Friday) and husband out of state since Wednesday.

We do count on others to partner with us and contribute to our active lifestyle.

Who in your life contributes to your active lifestyle?

Blessings to all your Sparkers!

Isn't it encouraging to have people in our life that contribute to our success. We are made to be part of people's lives. Keep up the active lifestyle and thanks for sharing what has been working for you. emoticon

Thanks for sharing. You asked a question about who contributes in your active lifestyle? I have a good friend who has been an integral part of not only my life but my families life. We have cheered each other on down thru the years, we have always been there for each other...

I also want to add that since I joined SP I have discovered an awesome group of fellow guys and gals who are continually cheering me on my healthy journey, I'm not alone here, we have each other which makes all the difference in the world...

Thank you SP and Thank you Spark Friend's for your support and your valued friendship. emoticon emoticon
