I jogged 55 minutes on the elliptical today. I changed up my routine. I jogged hard for 30 minutes and then did the last 25 minutes in intervals. I would go at a medium pace for 3/4 of a lap and then push hard for the last 1/4 of the lap every time I went around. I was SO WORN OUT by the time I got done. It just felt completely different than it usually does. I still averaged 3.5 mph overall and went 3.27 miles today. I wasn't worried about my distance though. I just wanted to try the intervals and see how it went. Phew, that is a HARD workout!

Today my girls are starting their dance class again. They are cloggers which is a really fun dance style kind of a mix of tap and irish dancing. It LOOKS fun, but I am not nearly coordinated enough to do it. My 12-year-old is in the advanced class and she is really fun to watch. Have a great Friday evening SparkFriends!

    I love watching clogging! There was a group of kids that clogged where my parents used to live. It looks like fun! However, I have no coordination so I envy those that make it look so easy! Have fun watching your girls.
