Oh look, I'm back!
Day 7. How do you measure progress towards or maintenance? Scale weight? Body fat percentage? How your clothes fit? Other?
Mostly by scale weight but I keep track of body fat percent and actual pounds as well. How clothing fits isn't quantitative enough for me, but it certainly is a more pervasive reminder. I am currently barely squeezing into my clothes...the ones I bought because I had lost weight and they would fit me perfectly if I lost just a tiny bit more. I also look at BMI, mainly because I know that is the thing that will keep the doctor off my case.
