No matter how tired you are, wash all of you veggies when you get back from grocery shopping. Wash and cut strawberries and place with washed grapes in the middle of your fridge so every time you or your family opens that door, BAM, sweet healthy juicy snack right in your face. Prevents mindless snacking when mindlessly venturing into the fridge. Trust me you'll need to start buying 2x as many grapes than usual!

Green cubes:




I love these green cubes! I have turned my friends and husband onto the green cube wagon already! I mainly use kale, spinach, parsley, carrot, and cucumber, ground flax seed as my base. I've added everything fro mushrooms, avocado, banana, berries, celery. Just puree, pour into cube trays, freeze, enjoy. You can add them to much more than just smoothies, try these in soups, sauces, veggie gravies, burger patties.

Green Tea:
Its a great for detoxing! I drink it warm but its also amazing to boil up a large batch with a few stevia leaves to make a southern tea with green tea! It helps those needing to drink something sweet cravings. Add green tea to home made soups and smoothies for extra flavor! (and less calories than milk)

Spa Water & Sassy water(cucumber water):

I've seen some blogs about sassy water, its refreshing tasting with mint, lemon, and cucumbers added to ice water or left to sit overnight in the fridge.
Spa water is more fall/winter flavored like an unsweetened cider, its delish! I like having a variety. You can also add these to your smoothies for extra flavor and thinning.
