Progress Picture

Friday, September 07, 2012

We had our very very very good friends staying with us this past weekend from Dublin Ireland and they brought me this super cool tshirt that I'm sporting in the photo. So I posted it on Facebook - because I love the shirt so much and because I'm FINALLY at a weight where I don't loathe every single photo of me. I still don't particularly like them but I don't despise them either.

Anyway, I got loads of people commenting on how much weight I've lost. Really, I think it'd just a good picture - blurry enough to disguise problem areas. But still, I was surprised that people noticed! My progress has been so unbelievably slow - like it's taken me since about Dec of 10 to get this far. But I'm definitely picking up the pace in the last few months. I really really want to be at least near my goal by my 30th bday in feb. (I know I keep saying that all the time. The clock is ticking!)

That's all besides the point. It was nice that people notice because I tend to only see how far I have to go. Not really how far I've come so much. So I feel pretty good! Finally getting somewhere!

I wish i knew how to do like a side by side before and during picture but im totally computer illiterate. So here's the pic Im talking about at least. Maybe Ill figure it out later.

I don't know your weight, but you do look awesome. If you're not at goal already, I'd say you must be getting very close!

Nice going!

You can use Paint (if you're using Windows) and then just right click, copy the picture then right click, paste into paint, and then do the same with the other one.

That shirt is awesome and you look great in it!
