I had to skip my walk/jog Wednesday morning due to doctor's appts and then again yesterday because I got a mani/pedi in preparation for my vacay next week, so today was catch up day. I walk/jogged for an hour and got in 4.1 miles. My big dog was tuckered. I just keep telling her that if I can do it, she can too ~ lol. I did Coach Nicole's 10 minute Runner's Stretch video, so now I'm ready to sleep. I have most of my packing completed and will be loading the truck tonight so we can leave when I get off work at 7 a.m. tomorrow. I am uber excited :) Hopefully I'll be checking back in Monday.
I think you get to count 3 calories burned for the toe stretching of a pedi! Good job getting in the exercise. Thanks for the lovely lift and yes - boy oh boy - I needed that.
