That is how much I lost this week. I was hoping to meet my goal of 165, instead i am at 166.4. Last week I was at 166.6 . I just keep telling myself that it is ok. I still lost. I will just have to buckle down, and I do believe that. But I am still disappointed.
So I am guessing That this next week I am going to have to buckle down, and be stricter then I had been. I was pretty sure that I was meeting my calorie numbers. But at the same time I realiZed that sometimes I wasn't doing my best at tracking. I was estimating. I also did not have as many fruits and veggies to munch on in the house and instead had munched on things like homemade bread, and graham crackers. So tomorrow when I go shopping I am going to have to buy more fruit and veggies.
well I better go. will do a goal post later on.
