I just finished week 2 of my healthy eating & exercise plan...stepped on the (darn) scale, and I lost 1 lb. Yes, I was hoping for more. But, I suppose I do need to look at what I've accomplished so far, in just 2 short weeks. I've gone from absolutely no exercise to walking on a trail for 2 hours, plus treadmill walking for 30 minutes a day. I've gone from eating junk food & too much ice cream to eating no sweets, except for fruit. I've gone from endless snacking at night, to one snack, and it's always a healthy one, like a glass of milk or a cup of yogurt. So, I am going to focus on all the positive improvements I've made in this short time, and try to focus less on what the scale "says".
