You Don't Have to be Great to Start!

In a Happy Place
For most people it is YEAH! Its Friday!!!! - but when you work every Saturday it is not the case for me. But for me this morning it is a Happy Friday - can you believe that I was excited to get out of bed this morning knowing that I was going to weigh in at the gym!! - It is one of the reasons I actually got out of bed, I could of slept in this morning and gone to the gym this afternoon but NO - I just know that I have lost weight - so get up!!!! I want to know how much.

Also worked out this morning how to work the body fat % thingy on the scales at the gym......So I step on.

600g down - and I have lost a total of 2.5% body fat since I started.

Total loss 8.3kg!! - People are starting to notice - it is an amazing feeling!! - I Love It!!

I am in a happy place - my organisation at home is coming along nicely - my routines are starting to become habits - and things are coasting along nicely.

They saying that is takes 21 days to form a habit I think it is fairly spot on. The first couple of weeks of anything new is a bit of a learning curve and struggle but once you are on the path it is easier to stay on it than to stray away from it.
