Hello everyone! Well since July 13th I've lost 6.8lbs and hopefully more by the time I weigh in on Saturday. It's not a ton but I'll take it. It's amazing how keeping up with your weight really helps to hold you accountable. It's so fun to watch the scale go down. I counted calories for 9 days in a row...my longest stretch yet. I haven't counted calories for a week or more but I'm still doing good. I try to only eat when I'm hungry and so far that seems to be working. I still have my coach and that's going good too:) Also I started the virtual couch to 5k on Spark People! I'm hoping for a great month in Sept and no matter how long it takes to get to my goal I'm not stopping!! What are your goals for Sept? I'd love to hear them! Let's do this! Some pics of my summer so far:) Me and the kids went to a dinosaur park at Kings Island (an amusement park in Ohio) My son Anthony is #61. I've been watching lots of football! Some pretty flowers I got myself just for fun:) Only $3.99 too! Woo hoo! This is what I get when I tell my son to smile. lol My drive on the way to work. Such a pretty sun!
