- Omlete with cheddar cheese

- Almonds
- Greek yogurt

Lunch
- Salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, corn, chicken, ranch dressing and cheddar cheese.

Supper
- English muffins with mozza cheese (they were supposed to be mini pizzas but I forgot to buy tomato sauce.)
- Salad with lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, ranch dressing
- Greek yogurt with cinnamon
