Kicking bad habits:

Back to weighing and measuring and being more concious of what I'm eating.

Drinking much more water. During the cold months here, I always gain weight because I have a constant mug of something hot in my hand. It's never no-calorie. Even a tsp of sugar and a splash of milk add up over the day. So I'm down to three cups of caffeine a day, no hot Milo or hot cocoa. The rest is water.

Feeling much better.

    Good for you. I now only put a little sugar in my first cup of tea in the morning and any other tea or coffee I drink throughout the day I drink without anything added. I am starting to like it plain.

    I cut my coffee down to ONE cup per day (I like cream)
    and switched most of my tea with milk to green tea
    (Bigelow's with Lemon) with no milk.
    Every little bit helps!
