Week one down and 5lb off the scale!

Really pleased with my progress this week, last week I had just got home from my holiday and when I stepped on the scale I was 152lb, a whole 10lb more than in May. I had let myself go, this week after counting my calories and exercising again I've knocked off 5lb.
I know a lot of this is water weight, I was really bloated from the flight home. It certainly incentivises you to work hard when you can see results!
I have started doing some of the Blogilates videos on YouTube and I really recommend them. The toning videos work you really hard but I love the feeling the next day when I'm aching! It's the good ache that you get from working hard!
I'm going away this weekend with my family, we're driving to Edinburgh to visit my youngest brother. He's all grown up! I'm really looking forward to it, we used to live in Edinburgh when I was 7-9 years old and I haven't been back since we left to come back to England. Really want to see my old house and where I grew up! Plus we are going to the zoo to see pandas!!!
We're going to have to eat out for lunch and dinner (we're staying in serviced apartments so no restaurant but there is a kitchen). I've already packed my oatmeal with walnuts and raisins (home made obviously) and I am packing my trainers so I can go for a jog on Sunday morning. We are staying near the castle
so should be good for a run round! Ha ha!
I'm going to try and eat well when I go out, I am allowing myself one treat this weekend: probably a dessert at one of the evening meals. Should be ok, especially if I'll be on my feet all day the rest of the time!
