Feeling much better..."slowly" moving through the days of "to-d0" items.
Will NOT over-do anything.
Will NOT worry about what's not done.
Will NOT not feel bad about it.

    Don't think of a blue tree... and what did you think about? - the blue tree!

Your goals/methods are excellent, but perhaps putting them into positive terms will help you visualise them more clearly and help you do them?

... WILL do things to my best ability
... WILL do as much as I can, then put the undone things on my list for tomorrow
... WILL feel good that I have total control over my life and goals.
