Ramblin' Rosea ! LOL Always enjoy your vlogs and blogs !
Glad you had a great time on your vacation. Don't let the misguided headless thinking FAT (flight attend that.....) get you down. The world is made up of two kinds of people, those who care and those you want to make life difficult. It was nice that she gave you a seat belt extender to take with you! You won't need it as you continue on your journey to healthy living with lifestyle changes.

Good Idea about getting the placed cleaned up and put some cash in your pockets.
Nice that you had a great vacation, didn't gain any weight, have set things in motion for the next week, and that you are still smiling on your vlog.

It is hard to have a Mom under foot, it took some time for me to get used to the fact that when you live back with Mom they go right into Mother mood! Enjoy it, my Mom has been gone now going on 5 years come Thanksgiving Day this year. Miss her dearly.

So set a very short term goal, like tomorrow I will eat a healthy breakfast and then congratulate yourself for doing it, etc! Glad you are back and hope that the stress at work will become less as time goes on.

I am glad you enjoyed your time in Vegas. I am so sorry that you had such a terrible experience on the airplane. I think you should write a letter to the airline. This person needs to learn that this is NOT an acceptable way to treat people

That is so terrible to treat people that way! She needs a lesson in respect, I'd definately write a letter!

Little does she know you're on a weight loss journey

big hugs!!! so sorry you had to deal with that on the airplane. i've never had anything like that happen. some people just are not proper (she probably shouldn't be doing that job) and are just socially awkward so try not to let it keep haunting you. it makes me think of a time (when i was 8 months pregnant with my daughter) i was carrying in groceries from being parked on the street and a car full of guys yelled and screamed out the window at how fat i was. talk about crushed!
we just have to find it in ourselves to know that we are surrounded by mean people no matter what and that we are better than that. remember...skinny people have to deal with mean people too. everyone does at some point in time. some will be mean on purpose and others by accident. either way, we have to look past it someone how not let it drag us down and suck the life out of us. stay strong cause you are ganna reach your goals. stay focused and you'll get there.
good luck selling all that stuff. i myself have a bunch posted on craigslist b/c i'm trying to get my zumba training money in time, lol. gotta love being broke, lol.
gald you had a great trip. vacations are great but just a reminder of how much the every day hum drum sucks, lol.

I totally felt your pain when you described what the flight attendant did. I cannot believe how rude people can be! Don't let stupid people get you down. Be proud of yourself and all the positive changes you are making for YOU:)

emoticon emoticon emoticon that happened! completely uncalled for and I agree with the others who suggest writing a letter of complaint. Doing such things online usually brings prompt replies.
An apology is certainly in order.
Hope you can find a way to get exercise before you are so tired at night. How about walking 10 or 15 minutes on lunch break? Remember, 10 minutes 3x a day works out well. Hope you are having a good week now that you are home.

I wish that you could of said something to that women.I understand how you feel I had to get extensions for years and still have to sometimes on different things. We need to to able to say how it makes us feel when someone does something like that so openly. So next time think of something you can say and have it ready to let them know how you feel. So sorry that happen to you. Glad you had a good time with your friend. Sounds like you are getting on a good track by planing activities that will help you be more healthier. Good luck!!

Shaca, I am so sorry you had to be embarrassed by the United Airline Lady. I would go online to send a complaint. They have a form and they will ask for the flight number and date. They need to be told so The attendant can be aware of how this affected you.
I flew and had 4 flights, 2 going and 2 coming back, and had one plane a subsidiary of United, US Airways, that the belt was too tight. I asked flt attendant as she went by and she discreetly set it on my lap as she went by shutting the overhead bins. Only one person was even aware. I was still embarrassed because I have never had one not fit but I gained 30 lbs on top of my weight I already was carrying around. This experience has totally motivated me to get with it.
I am now on day 10 of staying within the 1200-1500 calorie range, logging all my food and exercise, and journaling constantly about the experience so I will remember. I have printed and cut out motivational comments from spark friends and taped it in the journal, I have cut out outfits I want to buy and wear when I hit the ½ way mark and so on.
Stay in touch and lets cheer each other on!

I'm sorry that you went through that. I would write a letter to UA. The way she treated you is unacceptable. The company owes you an apology and she deserves a reprimand.

Glad you enjoyed Vegas for a while. Yes, write to UA because she needs to take care of each passenger and to do it with respect. I would have wanted to get off of the plane. Think for the future, you keep moving ...you won't need it and can maybe send it back to her personally. She owes you a letter of apology.
