A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Generally yes. There are some that - very few - that may not be of interest and contains challenges that are beyond my interest.

C is for have? 2 biological, daughter & son, daughter deceased, 4 step
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? Oh my gosh - food, particularly sweets
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? since I have insomnia, I would have to say night owl
F is for FURRY have? 3 sweet loving cats and 2 wonderful dogs
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? funny - some freggies, meats, but shamfully more junk than required. I need to change my method of planning meals and buying by list

I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? There are a couple of women on here who have lost over 100 pounds that have me in awe. I admire them greatly

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I think I do a little of both. I have a tendency to feel guilty about eating poorly and try to make up for it in the future meals
Z is for one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Sadly the proverbial scale
