A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Generally yes. There are some that - very few - that may not be of interest and contains challenges that are beyond my interest.
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? Goldie Oldie - 11 Rounds, Captain of 9 rounds
C is for CHILDREN...you have? 2 biological, daughter & son, daughter deceased, 4 step
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? Oh my gosh - food, particularly sweets
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? since I have insomnia, I would have to say night owl
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? 3 sweet loving cats and 2 wonderful dogs
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? funny - some freggies, meats, but shamfully more junk than required. I need to change my method of planning meals and buying by list
H is for HOME...what state do you call home? the Lone Star State of TEXAS
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? There are a couple of women on here who have lost over 100 pounds that have me in awe. I admire them greatly
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? Retired from Federal Civil Service

L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? Weight Watchers

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? Restricted by doc - about 68
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? not enough - 3-5
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? The mind is great - what happened to the body?
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? 5 days - 540 minutes

T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? CST
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? crochet or knit
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? New England States
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Sadly - no
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? better meal schedule habit
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I think I do a little of both. I have a tendency to feel guilty about eating poorly and try to make up for it in the future meals
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Sadly the proverbial scale

    Welcome to the Pixies! I hope the challenges really challenge you with the competition. That must be difficult to have lost your daughter. I cannot even imagine. This is a great place to be. We are going to have a great time.

    I am so glad that you are a Pixie. You probably don't remember, but you Sparked mail late 2008 or early 2009...I heard the cry for help in your letter then. You were asking my advice on what to do...to be successful on this weight loss journey. I don't know why we lost touch but we did. But we get a second chance to rectify that this round of BLC!
