So I am doing the Spark Coach trial. Today I was told I should schedule some spark time, and take time every day to plan for tomorrow. This kind of reminded me of fly lady. I don't know if anyone here has done or heard of flylady, but she has a cleaning/organizing your life kind of program. One of the things she advocates, is your daily routine. I haven't had a daily routine in a while. I think it is time to get back on that bandwagon, set up a daily routine, and put some spark time into it. whether it be am or pm time that I take to use my spark time,, or both.
Besides being more put together in my fitness stuff I also need to be more put together in my every day life. My house again has started to fall apart. I have become lazy when it comes to cleaning a little more. I need to get back on track. I can do this, I just need to set up the routines and stick with them. (I had been doing really well after my youngest birthday, when my house got cleaned from top to bottom.. all i had to do was maintain it)
Oh and I have yet to start C25K. It is still in the back of the mind. Maybe though I will make it part of my daily routine!
