After 3 weeks off that were full of pain, I went to boot camp on Monday! It was more of an agility/speed training (read- more like the Biggest Loser) than normal boot camp, but fast forward 3 days and I feel good!
My back is a little bit sore, but nothing a little bengay can't handle; and I'm ready to go back tonight!
I think my only challenge now is getting up to go twice a week at 5:40am. *ugh*
