I'm not well and have been off work today. I have been in bed in fact since I got home from work yesterday around 5.30pm. Therefore I haven't done any exercise apart from getting up to make the odd cup of tea! However, I'm feeling a lot better and will probably be back at work tomorrow. I WILL get back to doing my 10 mins a day! Even if I only do some bicep curls or something. I'm worried my initial enthusiasm is going to wane just when this is working. Come on me, I can do this!
