Time to get back on track. Haven't tracked any food or exercise for the last several days. I was supper busy over the Labor Day weekend though. Did major fall cleaning, re arranged my living room to accomodate my new to me couch. Didn't go to far out of bounds on the diet, but would have thought all the activity over the weekend I would have at least lost some weight, nope stayed right where I was, so at least that is good!
Got in a good walk thru town this morning to start my day off. Will probably walk at lunch and at break times too. I have been down loading free audio books from our library to listen to, that is so nicE.
