Ok, here's my plan for the challenge...
1. Exercise @ least 5 days a week, even if it's 15 minutes.
2. Track my exercise
3. Eat a healthy breakfast every day.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
5. Read an inspirational quote when I get up in the morning.
I think.. no, I KNOW these are realistic goals for me. Been working on the breakfast one already, as well as the water.
