I had planned on taking a walk after school today to get some exercise in and working in the yard. However, it looks really dark out so I don't know what I am going to do. When I exercise in the house I don't push myself hard enough. When I get tired I just sit down, well just because I can I am at home, right? So, I was going to walk (swiftly) and maybe even jog a little up to the main road and depending how I felt maybe further and then back home. I figured without a vehicle I wouldn't be able to cheat on my workout and would get a lot more accomplished. I have to go get groceries and pay a few bills before I can do anything (has to be done before kids get home...to hard to do accomplish with them with me, I get my coupons mixed up. I know that will give me a little walking exercise in, but I just need a few things can't actually get groceries until tomorrow (payday). I am going to make the slowcooker recipe easy taco soup from sparkpeople recipes and try it out and just wanted to pick up a few things to make it. Anyway, any suggestions I can't walk in the rain and I don't want to be out walking if it starts pouring. Still gonna try get some yard work in before it rains, but no walk. Let me know how you guys manage to get a workout in from home (inside) without giving up during it. Thanks and God Bless!!!!!!!!!!
