Have we all heard of Silly Bandz?
I read a great tip how to use them to track our water intake. At the start of each day put on 8-10 silly bandz as a reminder how many glasses of water you need to drink that day. Each time you drink a glass of water remove a silly bandz. Each time you drink a caffeinated beverage add an additional silly bandz. At the end of the day all of your bandz should be removed.
Note, you could use regular rubber bands also, but silly bandz are more fun, don't you think?
