Being consistant with exercise seems to be a problem. I blame my work schedule! Really it is just a me problem. I always think I have to do all my exercise at once. I have to get into the mindset that I can do 10 early morning and 10 minutes at lunch and 10 more in the evening if I want to. Just about everyone can find 10 minutes in their day to do a little exercise. My goal is to make this a habit and then to increase the minutes as I go along.
