Wow its been awhile

Hi all ... i haven' blog in forever.So heres a update. I have lost 10 pounds from a year ago. I best par is keeping it off. Yes i've tetered but it is going down. I've realized resently that i can't eat the plate full I desire. Don't work for me.. so when I put food on my plate i will only put half of what I really want. I still get satified ...thats a plus. Drink water with my meals helps also. I stay away from pasta and bread. Right now i may have it once a week. No more toast for breakfast. I don't miss it. So I'm doing good. making positive choices is what weight loss is all about. It may take a while for me but it is working. I do exercise atleast 10 min a day. Thats what spark is all about. People.
