    Ahhh, I've had too many days like that. The regret always sucks. Have you considered a bit of a bigger breakfast? I don't really like breakfast but now that I'm eating 300 or so calories every morning, I seem to eat less through the day. And that craving for fish and chips is much more manageable.

That said, I suspect lunch today will involve chicken strips...

    All of this food looks delicious lol. I do appreciate that you're showing the good and the bad, let's us know that this is real life and we might not always make the best choices one day, but always have the chance to make better ones next time!
