I overdid the fruit yesterday.... too many carbs for me (3 bananas, and some raisins). So I skipped dinner because I wasn't hungry.
Today I plan to stay more on track. I have Roast chicken and salad fixings in the fridge, and once again I'll limit myself to 2 fruits a day.
Did some bench squats and some strength training.
Need more Zumba....today is the day
