Is a cold tofu dish in Japan. And that is what I love having for lunch recently.
All I need to do is place the cold tofu in my bowl, and add in toppings that you like!
The traditional one is Shoyu (Soy sauce), but I opted for Tsuyu instead. And I like to put in a quater of avocado in it, and sprinkle Katsuobushi and black pepper on it.
Today I tried adding in some lightly cooked Mung Beans and it was perfect! No smell of greens and yet added crunch for the dish! :D Love it!
