On Monday, while I did do an EA Sports workout and mowed the lawn I fell short of my step count. So I restarted yesterday and I am hoping to keep my step count up over the weekend. I have a problem with the last day of the weekend being less active. This is usually due to the fact that I am sitting on my butt doing school work and I also wake up much later than do the rest of the week.
I guess it is time to actually get a routine down and actually set my alarm so that I don't waste half the day sleeping (usually because the hubby and I have stayed up until the wee hours of the morning talking, listening to music and on occasion drinking).
I also haven't been able to get everyone else in the house on board with keeping the house tidied. I know that the house cleaning is my problem because it's not like the house is dirty, it's just cluttered. I can find most things I am looking for and the clutter is partially due to the fact that there are 4 mostly grown people (the hubby and I and 2 teenagers) living in under 1,000 sq. ft., tight quarters and we all have a lot of stuff.
With school I just don't have the time to actually clean the house the way I want and get it organized. We may be forced into that however because depending on my new career path I may actually have to build a small office (we have an addition that is full of stuff that I have no idea why we are holding on to it). Our addition isn't insulated and it leaks so it is essentially just a shed tacked onto the side of our house.
I guess I should actually go and do some school work, so I will stop the whining now and go TCB. Have a great night!
