I've listed these in the order that I think would hold me back first.

What healthy change I am going to do to get myself lose of this hold is; JUST DO IT!!! Every D@MN day for minimum of 15 minutes (exercise)

    I always tell myself "Just 10 minutes, if you want to stop after that you can." Sometimes I stop, but sometimes I just keep going! emoticon
