Thank you, my son

Wednesday, September 05, 2012

I have just had the most relaxing therapeutic massage at the Spa. I never knew there were so many sore spots on me until now. Thus I feel like a wet noodle and I love it. The masseuse said I could use one or two more massages to get all the kinks and knots out. So there is another massage coming my way next week.
My son gave me a gift certificate to the Spa as a birthday present last month. What better gift could there be? He knows what his mom likes.

Wow that's great- I have had deep tissue massages. The only drawback is you might hurt a lot tomorrow (I DID) but they DO help.

What an awesome son. I agree that massages are vital to well-being. It took me 35 years to get that, but I now sacrifice to ensure I can afford a massage every week!

Massages are vital to anyone who is working out, I think! I know I need one after two days of Crossfit this week!
