I can't believe it's been a month since I've posted. During that time I've not been sparking much, mostly just logging in enough to spin the wheel. I'm also on a beta test team for a new version of iPhone app, which includes scanning bar codes (we have a ways to go on that...), so I've been posting entries in that team for bugs, etc.
I bought a new pedometer via Groupon. In the past, seeing how few steps I take has been a motivator to get moving again - and it's already working. I'm down to 2,500 steps a day again! Eeek! Jumped on the treadmill this AM!
I'm tired of starting again over and over, so I'm gonna make this stick. I weigh more than I ever have (162) and I need to get down to 135 at a minimum and my kidney specialist would actually like me to be a little under weight so her target for me is 125 - which I haven't seen since I had my daughter in 1973! Every pound lost will extend the life of my kidneys, so each one counts so much.
Happy birthday to me (I turned 58 yesterday) and my husband bought me a Nook Color! I'm a reader - usually 2-4 books a week - so this is going to be a money saver, not to mention all the trees that won't be cut down.
